1. Payment Terms

To initiate any project, payment for materials must be paid upfront to ensure the availability of necessary resources. This allows us to procure high-quality materials tailored to your specific needs. Upon project completion, payment for labor is required, reflecting our commitment to customer satisfaction and workmanship quality. La Timberworks accepts diverse payment options, including cash, credit/debit card, and bank transfers, to accommodate our clients' preferences.

2. Quotation and Pricing

La Timberworks prides itself on transparency and accuracy in quotations. Quotations are valid for 7 days, providing clients with ample time to make informed decisions. Our quotations are comprehensive, including the cost of materials and labor, ensuring no hidden fees. In instances where project specifications change, necessitating additional work, a revised quotation will be promptly provided, and the original quotation will be nullified to avoid confusion.

3. Completion Timeframes

We understand the importance of timely project completion. While we strive to provide accurate estimates, unforeseen circumstances such as material delivery delays, weather conditions, or other external factors may influence project timelines. La Timberworks commits to open and timely communication with our clients to discuss and agree upon any necessary adjustments to the completion timeframe.

4. Warranty

La Timberworks stands behind the quality of our craftsmanship with a 6-month warranty period from the date of project completion. This warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials provided and installed by us. It does not extend to damage caused by normal wear and tear, misuse, or external factors beyond our control. Our goal is to provide peace of mind to our clients through reliable and enduring work.

5. Cancellation Policy

Cancellations affect both planning and resource allocation. If a project is canceled after material procurement, the cost of the materials is non-refundable, but the materials themselves will be provided to the client. For cancellations occurring during the installation phase, charges will only apply for the labor already performed. This policy ensures fairness and transparency in handling cancellations.

In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team, we will take full responsibility, including covering repair costs without additional charges to the client. 7. Dispute Resolution

At La Timberworks, client satisfaction is paramount. We encourage open communication and feedback. Should any aspect of our service or the final product not meet your expectations, we urge you to contact us directly. We are committed to resolving any issues amicably, aiming for a resolution that ensures client satisfaction. If resolution necessitates additional work, a new quote will be provided, maintaining transparency and fairness in our dealings.

8. Limitation of Liability

La Timberworks's liability for indirect or consequential loss is limited to the scope of our engagement, as agreed upon. This limitation underscores our commitment to delivering quality and value within the agreed parameters of our service engagement.
